You're OK with 500 good watts as I'm running:

    Intel quad Q6600(running @ %100 24/7)
    4GB RAM
    a pair of 9800GTs(OC'd)
    3 HDD's

all on an Antec Earthwatts 500W which is a quality PSU. I don't know what brand of PSU you have but those that come with cases are usually the cheapest around.

As you have stated the POS, sorry, PSU came with the case, I would suggest that it can actually produce no more than 350W consistently without taking a slight dump.

I would recommend upgrading it just to be on the safe side, even though you may not need it now a cheap PSU failing could have a very big impact on the computer, like frying everything in it.

Have a look here for some quality brands: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=208143
