Need help removing pmropn.exe

This is my first post so a big hello to everyone here.
I seem to have a problem with pmropn.exe. I have noticed it from today and has made my laptop VERY slow. The laptop only has 1GB of ram and therefore the slowness is very noticeable. That is why i am using the comp in safe mode with networking.
I really need to get rid of this and any help is very much appreciated.
I am not very good with technical stuff regarding computers so easy to understand steps would be nice. I have googled a bit about the problem and noticed that different steps are applied for diferent circumstances and therefore i have started this thread.

Also to add, i have found the Premier Opinion file in my Program Files, very tempted to delete it and see how i go if someone cant help me soon enough.

I am sorry to repost but this is an extension to my first post.
I didnt read the rules before posting which was a mistake on my behalf. Upon reading it, i have performed logs with Combofix and MGtools. i couldnt however download Superantispyware and malwarebtes anti malware.
