Need help removinging DBMAIN

I have this program that starts up with my windows that i have not been able to remove with any of the programs this site suggests nor others i have found and used. It is called DBMAIN.EXE and it is located under windows/java/packages/dmain.exe i would appreciate any help in removing this from my computer, i believe it to be spyware.

 

It is DBMAIN.EXE the dmain was a typo on my part. I tried getting to safe mode on my computer but pressing f8 does nothing. The program starts up with my windows and i found a program that can stop programs from starting up with windows but said it could not stop dbmain. I have also tried to use ctrl alt delete to end task it but it just restarts right away. This is all the information i have on it at the moment though. I have been trying to find a way to get rid of it for awhile and no one knows how.
