Need Help,S.O.S.

Ran 1.5 Spybot-search&destroy, comes up with error message, reads
C:\programfiles\spybot-search_destroy\includes\trojanc.sbi

I ran AVG, and lavasoft and found nothing. I thought I read somewhere that updates for this program might have these types of things in them.
I was thinking of deleting the program and reloading it again.
What should I do?:

 

So I wasn't far off in my thinking?

 

I just deleted the spybot, from my system. Is there anything I should know before installing it again?

 

I just downloaded from FREE download (major geeks download TX ) but can't find it on my computer.
The last thing it asked me was , did I want to run @ that point, I picked no.
What did I do wrong?

 

So @ this point it's not installed?

 

O.K. I saved it to my desktop and can see it, but I can't help notice that the window that comes up seems to be a different version, actually says spybotsd152, will that do the trick? Or did I select the wrong item. Note the version I just deleted was 1.5.

On the destroy page there is an icon for donations does that go to your cause?
