    how?

is there a file to copy and install in the new laptop, so that i do have to manually re type/re-enterevery password from every site.?

Get the FEBE add-on to back-up your profile and import it onto your laptop FF install. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2109
or there is the password import/export add-on. This will allow you to export and import just your passwords. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2848
