need help windows 7

Installed windows 7 ultimate upgrade.

Did requested updates.

Auto restarted by computer.

I can get to log onscreen.

Try to type in password and get the message no user files.

It gives me the password hint but will not accept my password.

I didnt have time to make reset password usb due to updates.


HELP. Microsoft keeps sending me to other boards.

 

Need the exact error message.

I cannot give you the exact message as it is a trans of Japanese OS.
I am running a language pack.:cry
Yeh stupid I know.

However. The message says "The system cannot find user files"

As I said I can get to log on screen, enter what I know is my password then I get the message.

The reset message is there but .....

got it fixed.

Safe mode actually let me into control panel. I deleted the admin pass and reset internally.

Microsoft what a joke they kept directing me to call centers in india who had no idea other than sorry.
