Need Help with a Complete System Cleaning

Hi everyone,

I was just recently infected with a HUGE amount of spyware (Don't ask me how, this is my Sister's computer). Anyways, there was icons popping up on the desktop every so often, different toolbars coming up on their own, and favorites were being autoinstalled.

So, after much work to download Spybot, I managed to get rid of MOST of the stuff (I think at least).

One thing that I haven't been able to get rid of is a little option under the "tools" menu of IE (v.6). It's just an option that says: "Your PC is infected with Spyware - click here to fix your PC" Upon clicking it I'm directed to a www.spydeleter.com. Now I'm not sure if this is legitimate, but I'm pretty sure something crapped up the browswer.

Also, There's been a huge influx of Folders in my "Program Files" too. Is there a way I can clean up all of the junk that got added?

I'm not on expert on spyware, but I know that the pop-up u clicked on is spyware, Have u ran adware and spyboy S&D, have u followed all procedures that the fourm asks u too before posting?? If not, do that, then post back, and I am sure someone more professional with spyware will assist you
