Hey guys! I live in an apartment building, and everyone uses the same network which makes it very difficult to limit my bandwidth usage. I don't want to hog all of it, because people work here in the same building, and I can get in trouble for using more than 2 GB of Bandwidth per day.

I have already exceeded the bandwidth limit multiple times already, and I need some tips on how to avoid that in the future. It can be really difficult to stay within my limit, considering how much things I do on the computer which includes downloading, watching YouTube videos, and gaming. Those aren't much, but they take up lots of bandwidth. Thankfully I never stream, and I don't plan on trying it out, because all I need is something to contribute to the amount of bandwidth I already use.

If there is a program I could Download & Install, that will help Monitor & Limit it, that would be really great. Any advice? :)
