need help with data excursion message

    I keep getting a message "data excursion has closed internet explorer" it always happens after a new window opens from a link. Why am i getting this, i have run adware cleaners, cleaned up my cookies but i still seem to get this message, any help would be much appreciated.

    Additionally,
    By looking at the forum and noting the word Qua and knowing it was Wednesday, it appears that this is Portugese. (It was August 5th of this year).
    I tried translating excursion from Portugese to English to see if the error was searchable but that did not help.
    If I can figure out what Internet Explorer is attempting to say, I will start searching.
