Need Help With .dmp Analysis. Game Crash :p

Game is Banished from GOG.com, When started it says Fatal Error Runtime x32.dll. I did download some mods and put them into the Mod folder but it shouldnt crash the game b/c it supports optional mods you choose form a menu then actually modding the .exe program.
