   I downloaded a cam just now and I'm not sure how to get it to work. The main file consist of many files that end in .ro1, .ro2, .ro3, etc....
   
   There are around 100 of these files at 14 mB each (it ends at .r48 and starts over and goes up to .r48 again)
   
   Usually when i download I get an avi file b/c they are point and click, however, I have no clue what i'm doing with these files and I really need some help as to how to play them. Thanks.

   Dunno what a "cam" is but those exrentions are RAR files that have been split into smaller portions to allow easier download or hosting on some websites, you will need the likes of http://www.majorgeeks.com/WinRAR_d524.html to double click the 1st file and extract, it will then extract all of them into one file or folder.
