Need help with logs....

Does anyone know some programs so I can get some internet or computer activity logs???

Or tell me if there is a way to find this out without using porgrams...

You can always go to the temporary internet files in the Windows directory, and look at the various files (just click on them). The time/date stamp will tell when a particular file was viewed. I use this technique on my kid all the time, I think he's figured out what I'm doing (especially through the network), but hasn't figured out how to stop it.
