I am trying to set my margins to 0 and the program is not allowing this. Is there a way to acomplish this task? I am printing an image 100% of it's original size and when it is framed and on the wall there is this ugly white margin around each page. Looks like the image is behind a paned window. I really would like to get rid of that margin. Please help!!!

Sounds more like a limitation of your printer rather than of MS Paint. Most printers won't or cannot print all the way to the paper's edge in the interests of paper handling and/or printhead damage, unless it's a specialty unit like a photo printer-- but even then the special paper for many of those has a perforated edge you remove after printing.
