   I'm new to CDMA and smartphones. So bare with me plz. I have someone in my phone. They are seeing, hearing and getting every phone call, text message, websearch I make. What do I do? How do I find out who it is and stop it.

   Why do you think someone has remote access to your phone?
   
   I would call your cell phone provider and explain to them what you think is happening and see if they can offer any advice. If someone did in fact gain access to your phone and somehow installed monitoring software, I'd say your option would be to do a factory reset of your phone and start over from scratch.
