need help with my mobo

hey majorgeeks, havent posted in a llloooooonnnnggggg time. been furthering my knowledge. but i have a question. can thins mobo, http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4588155&CatId=3699 use a 140 watt cpu, before i drop the money on a amd 965 BE, i wanna make sure i can use it, cant find it anywhere.

Nps and it lists the 965@140w, but there are 2 models in that area.
