Need Help with my printer

    I have a Lexmark Z55 printer that is acting up. It doesnt complete the print job. i have checked the printer for obstructions and checked the ink carts all is fine yet it still stops halfway thru the print job. Is there something I am missing here?Also, i have installed the new drivers thinking that may be the problem but it doesn't seem to be.Thanks

    Try to print a test page. Go Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Printers. Right-click you printer and choose Properties. On the General tab, click the Print Test Page button.
