Need help with my voteing poll code

I have a website www.freeinstrumentals.com at the bottom left I have a poll where I want to have it where people can vote on who is their favorite artist of the month. I got the template with the poll allready there but it doesnt work. How can I fix this? Also does anybody know a way that I could get the user name and password thing on the top left to work, like where someone could type their forum ID and PW and be logged in from the main screen? thanks for any help its greatly apprciated.

 

the form on the site isn't posting to anything. you need to have some logic behind it (ie. a script) that checks against a databse of users. It's basically an account management system. If you don't have a database and/or don't know how to build a login / auth logic, then you'll have to hire someone to do it or start reading
