need help with nasty virus!!!

after i rebooted pc, cannot stop all the same folders popping up (ussally around 318 of them) will not let me run any programs or anything else on pc even in safe mode also says with the folders..C:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe....:cry.thanks

OK ,i did remove the virus myself, i think it was an exe type meaning what ever i tried to open up,my computer,control panel,INTERNET,mail, or any program as soon as i clicked on anything the virus was activated,i was downloading a program from utorrent and when it was completed i opened the folder it was in and clicked on that program to install then it disappeared,looked all over files for it but never found it, so i decided to reboot , when windows came up and all my desktop icons appeared 95% of them were changed they all read power ISO,which i do have that program and icon. even icons in the task bar were changed and as soon as i clicked on anything BANG!!!! the virus activated, nothing but all the same folders popping up (power ISO) around 318 of them when i tried to close any of them this would come up...C:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe invalid . and also the hour glass was beating rapidly.i could not run any spy ware programs or system restore. how i got rid of the virus: i removed the sata and power plug from the infected hard drive,plugged them into my other computer
motherboard and ran the infected hard drive as a slave drive, then i ran malwarebytes anti-malware ran for 15 hrs (i have 300 of 500 gigs used) and found nothing! so i ran superantispyware and found 41 infections, told me to reboot to remove them. then i removed the sata and power cable ,moved hard drive back to original PC hooked it up and rebooted and found the virus was removed:-D thanks for looking at my post you guys are great!:major

 

my os is windows vista ultimate 32 bit
