need help with spyblaster

I recently deleted spyblaster 3.0 to update to the 3.1 and now the new one will not open up... I installed it but when I try to run it I get the following message: " the feature you are trying to use is a network resource that is unavailable" I am not sure what to do to get it running again. Can someone tell me how to correct this?

 

Thanks for the quick response cowboy. Now I can not get as far as the update options. There is another message on the screen that reads "please wait while windows configures sysmetrix"... and from that point it is just stuck... I am not sure but part of the problem may be that I did not diable the protection before uninstaling the old version.

 

Yes I should have read that before I deleted it... I did not set a restore point and I am running xp. So is there another way to fix it or is it a lost cause.
