Need help with spyware, files moved/deleted

    Ok so yesterday I got spyware called trojan.fakems. I ran malwarebytes and deleted it. I restarted and the computer looks the same. Files are moved or deleted. Like the desktop has no icons. The desktop dock is not coming up(I have windows 7). The desktop background is completely black. However, I am not getting any malware pop-ups or anything that blocks my system. I just want to recover what happened. Please help. I ran malwarebytes again and am not detecting anything.

    Please download and save the below tool from Grinler @ bleepingcomputer to your Desktop or anywhere else you can find it ( if the Desktop is not showing )

    Now run it. Now see if you can find your icons, Desktop, Programs,...etc?
