Need help with Troj Dropper.Delf.3L

I too have had several days of trojan problems; I had gotten them all cleared up, but this one that my AVG Shield keeps catching (thank the Lord in Heaven), is a Troj Dropper.Delf.3L
I have Win ME , I run Avg, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware SE, CClean, Cleanup!, and Spyware Blaster, plus ZoneAlarm firewall. So how is this trojan still sneaking in ? And my computer is also running very slow, & freezing , and showing partial pages at times, especialy when I try to ' restart' to get the thing to unfreez. Sheesh, this cyber stuff is nerve wracking !! I did go to the forum about deleting trojans & virus' , that's how I got rid of them before, but this one keeps trying to get back in. So is there another trojan killer I need or what do I do from here ?
Please advise, and be gentle, I'm computer illiterate !!

I'm always gentle - not like that cranky Chaslang!

You need to tell us EXACTLY what steps you were able to complete in the tutorial.
--Was System Restore OFF?
--Were you in Safe Mode?
--Did you do the Online Scans?

If need be, we'll have you save a log as a .txt file and attach it via the "Manage Attachments" tool in Additional Options when you post.

Anyhoo, post back & we'll see if we can fix you up I'm not around too often these days, but somebody will take a look.
