   multimpp.dll seems to be my undoing here; I can't see anything else in my HJT log, at any rate. thought i'd deleted it by killing explorer and deleting it through the command window, but it popped back up after a restart. any help would be appreciated. i don't hold out much hope, though, as i'm unable to access safe mode, for some reason.

   Hi,
   Sounds like you have an idea of what your doing, SO, I would go into safe mode, delete it from there, remove it again from Hijack This and reboot.
