Need HElP! Xp frontpage/Word

alright well heres my problem everytime i turn on my computer when it all loaded it trys to run the installation for the Windows Xp proffessional frontpage.. and i cancel it.. because window xp is aready installed. It never done this ever.. ive had the computer for 3years and this never happened it just recently start doing this.. whats wrong????

And my other question is everytime i run microsoft word it try to install windows xp professional front page again!.. and no top of that my microsoft word becomes laggy.. and usually freezes now!! and i have to do a project.. and cant work when my microsoft alwas freezes my comp .. what do i do??
