need help

i just downloaded game accelerators and i had a few problems from my pc since then when i run a game using the accelerator my documents will pop open like 100 just doing it over and over and over. then i decided to uninstall it and redownload but the same thing happed just now when i rebooted my tool bar wont respond no no matter how many times i restart my pc i just need help on fixing my tool bar mainly but i do need help on getting the accelerator working too. if you dont mind by the way i looked up my pc info and i have a celeron R 256 ram and nvidea geforce2 go. and it a lap top from dell.

oh and i have ran adware found nothing and i have AVG and it also found nothing.
