need help

im not sure is this the right place to post but i hv a problem wih audioshell

i running a xp comp and this program doesnt seem to work

and i think it has to do sumthing with the reg but i hv no clue wt this is

How about some more information. How does it not seem to work? What kind of error messages are you getting?

 

it doesnt work, its suppose to show the tab on the properties but it just looks the same,

 

have you rebooted since you installed it?

i tried reinstalling and restarting and i tried shexview but it doesnt show
