    Hello everyone!
I have a friend who has multiple problems with malware and I would like to help but they are not wanting to let anyone into thier pc. Is there any way to load a software that will auto boot and clean the infections?
    Thanks MoRan.

Did they try malwarebytes.org. We used it, and it was great! I recommend it because it was the only free software that my husband's IT guy at work would recommend. It is a great starting point.

Without their consent to gain access to their computer, I would leave it alone and let them deal with it. Until they realize that you are trying to help them out, they will have to deal with the issues themselves.

However, you can point them to the malware section of this forum.

I would agree, pointing them to the sticky Read and Run Me first in the Malware removal.

A little perusing through that forum will demonstrate that there is no one "magic bullet" for removing Malware infections. I have run this procedure a number of times and with each step you will typically find more infections.

The system that MG has developed for Malware detection and removal is by far the most comprehensive and advanced of any other system I've seen. Even then, I have seen threads there where the malware expert more of less throws in the towel and tells the person asking for help to do a system reinstall. There are machines so completely infected, and corrupted, that they are incurable. That doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

    Good luck.

    Hi

Sadly no one clean all app exists as malware is in the main these days a unique infection with various file names that only an expert will spot the tell tail signs of a wrong file name in a specific location/s.

I would run the read me guide in the malware forum HERE and then start new thread and attach the logs in a thread in the Malware Forum as requested as at times System Restore wont work as who knows how far back the infection was and all restore points maybe infected thus leaving a manual removal with expert help or a clean install of the OS the only resolve.
