Need Help

I use wise folder hider to hide my folder ...which is free software...i was on vacation and didn't use it for week then try to login it says wrong password even though i am pretty sure i am using right password...click the password recovery but they said its free to use but to retrieve password they charge $9.00.Is there anyway i can recover these folder?Sorry if i post in a wrong place.:cry

 

They say:
there is a double password protection mechanism in Wise Folder Hider. A primary password to log in it, and a secondary password to hide and unhide the data.

Do you recall using two passwords? Maybe you have them confused...

 

Thanks for your reply cipher...i guess double password mechanism means you can hide folder and you can hide files inside folder and lock it with password...i couldnt get inside the folder i have 5 set of password which i use whenever password required its not taking any of them ...
