Need Help!!!!!

    Hi guys

    I am trying to re-install winxp but keep getting this error "setup could not register OLE control C:\windows\system32\dssenh.dll because of the following error loadlibrary returned error 127 (7f)". I am completely stumped so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    System Specs:

    AMD athlon64 3000+
    Asus K8n Mobo
    256 MB pc 2700
    80gb maxtor diamondmax 9 ata 133
    asus fx5200 gfx
