Need HELP!

Hi, I am new to the forums so HEY!

I am in need of some serious help. I really hope someone can help me. Ok here is my problem. I use Firefox, and not IE, but my problem happens to both of them. When I try to visit Google.com or Yahoo.com, or even MSN.com it gives me a white page with the word soon at the top left corner. I have no idea why it is doing this. I think it is a virus or something. BTW I hate Norton, because I ran it, and it does not find anything wrong.

Another thing that is wrong is that in my C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp folder, little .gif files keep appearing. They keep making themselves. Their names are aaad, aahk, aabf, and so on. I delete them, but they keep making themselves. Sort of like a program is looping them to keep being made. Well I hope that you can help me.
