I'm trying to import my email contacts from Hotmail to Outlook Express so I can export them to my new website. I understand that when I upgraded to IE7, Outlook was not included in the upgraded and this is apparently causing problems with synchronization of contacts. Can someone help me get these contacts imported please? Thanks, Chris

open your hotmail account, go to options then come down to import export contacts and see if you can do it that way

If I can figure out how to export my contacts from Hotmail to Yahoo mail, I can import them to my website from there. It will only import from a few places. Outlook, Yahoo and 2 others I don't recognize. Can you help with this option? Thanks for your help...Chris

save the file to your desk top, open outlook express click on file then import. point it to the file you just saved from hotmail to your desk top. then click import. the files should go directly to your outlook express.

hotmail uses the csv which puts it in an excel format (have no idea why) but outlook should be able to convert it back to the address format in outlook express
