Need Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi I am in need of a download or a file transfer from someone of the latest version of Internet Explorer for my pentium pc.

 

try the microsoft website, or windows updates if the pc is on the net. If its 95 or below you will need 5.5 as ie 6 doesn't work with 95 or lower.

 

i dont have the net i have win95 no idea what ie but it only alows me to put a dial up connection on there so im mad so how would i get my hands on ie 5.5 wiothout net and not download it cuz im on a admin protected pc right now which i would normally make it not have admin but its sort of my mom and dads pc

 

Your post is confusing! If you have Win95 and a dialup connection, then you have access to the internet or net. Logging on to your ISP and going to Windows Update should give you the option to update IE.

No i need a connection that isnt dial up it wont connect me withought a dial up connection i have a other pc with xp that im on now i just need to get ie 5.5

 

Your post is still confusing, as you will need a connection of some kind to download IE 5.5! I just did a quick Google search and PC World offers it for download!

 

I think he wants to download it on his xp machine and copy to a cd and put it on the other machine.
