Need Jumper setting Dell Dimension XPS T450

Working to remove files on an old Dell Dimensiom XPS T450
Hard Drive does not show pin settings to make one a slave and second master 9 pins any idea where I can find jumper settings ??

Does the drive have manufacturer and model markings?

The original computer that has the problem is an IBM My computer I'm trying to double boot with has a Quantum hard Drive

It's the diagrams of 9 pins in 4 pairs with one extra on the left side.

I happen to have a 64GB Quantum Fireball SE, here, that agrees with these charts.

Generally with Quantums, the master/slave pin pair is marked DS, not to be confused with CS, which means cable select and used with 80-wire cables.

Older Quantums may have had separate pairs for master and slave to allow a single drive setting. That table is here: http://www.fixya.com/support/t3114068-set_jumpers

I think most dells use seagate/maxtor drives. So take a look here http://seagate.custkb.com/seagate/crm/selfservice/search.jsp?DocId=196299&NewLang=en and try to match up one of the nine pin diagrams with the layout of your nine pins.

It is preferable to use Master/Slave settings rather than Cable Select whenever possible.
