I have a laptop that apparently is infected with TR/Trash.gen. I attached it to a stand alone and ran malware scans to find this. The laptop would not logon, none of the "F" keys would work so I could get into bios or safe mode or any of the other fun stuff on the "F" keys. The only screen that appears now is ""administrator password or power password" on blue screen. I have also tried to process the "system disabled 8 digit " number that appears after three failed password attempts. I continue to have the laptop hard drive in a stand alone contemplating formatting and chalk this up to "sucks to be me" ... running windows 10, 64 bit..any suggestions??
