Need MB drivers for a Dell dimension 4700

If anyone has these please can the send me a copy of them or tell me where to get them and they are not on the Dell site i have looked but those are the chipset drivers they are different then what i need

 

Ok the problem is this the PCI drivers are not there so they will not reconize the sound card that is why i need the MB drivers not the chipset i tried it as i said in my post for this one and yes i have tried to get the SB drivers but it says the card is not there i tried to plug it in a different slot same problem and yes i have turned the onboard sound off and on a bunch of times hopeing that in some miraculous miracle it would work but of course to noavale not trying to sound rude but i am at the end of my rope and have tried going to dell about this but i refuse to pay to talk to a person there and all i wanted to know was how much it is gonna cost me to get them to send me a new set of drivers for my computer. So once again if someone has these drivers can they please get in touch here on this post so i can attepmt to get the drivers thanx
