   What patch are you trying to installs? activex killbits?
   If so, I downloaded the update kb973346 from here
   http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...f8-b87e-4e85-9463-f50755a1b6ad&displaylang=en
   and installed it because MS removed the undo button from the previous week.

   50288 was there to undo 50287
