Need MOBO Help

I have googled until I can no longer google Trying to replace a blown MOBO in a Presario 6331RSH, MOBO part number DA217-69001 with an entry level third party board. The rig is a P1.8 w/512m RAM running WIN XP Home, onboard vid and sound etc.

I dont have the rig in front of me, so I just need the socket type and HP tech support is of no use. If anyone has a suggestion on a low expense replacement I would appreciate that as well. I was goingto start at Asus. She doesn't need anything great as the rig is just for home use (no gaming, video etc).

wow that's a big list. I am familiar with ASUS MOBO's but that's about it. Any other good recommendations for this AMD chipset ?

I meant bare bones MOBO recommendations I am going to salvage, cpu, RAM, drives ets out of the old compaq box and put them into a new case with the new MOBO and a new PSU.
