Need Networking help

Ok, here it goes. We have 2 PC's in the house. One is runnig XP Home and the other is running 2000 Pro (he refuses to go to XP). Both PC's are connected to a Linksys DSL/Cable Router. The router is connected to my cable modem.

The PC running 2000 Pro can see the XP pc, but the XP pc can't see the 2000 Pro. I have tried all I know to fix this. I recently installed Norton Internet Security 2004. I went as far as to turn Norton completely off and I still can't see the 2000 Pro pc. Any suggestions?
