Need program for memory...

Is there're a program that can tell what MHZ my memory is running i have RAMBUS memory i want to know 800 MHZ or 1066 with one i have i want to buy more RAM(only have 256megs want anothers 256megs).

P.S just install XP PRO poeple telling my that XP need 512megs to run smoother is that right ???

Xp will run on 256, got two PC running XP and 256mb both run no problems

 

Found what memory i have...

The memory i have i used aida32 is PC 800 NON-ECC
So i need two more 128 PC800 non-ecc.(Samsung)
So anybody know a good place on the internet to buy these !!!!!

I don't think Crucial makes Rdram. I was looking on Ebay the other day and seen some Rambus on there. I run 1066 so Im allways looking around for some more of that.
