Need Security Software Recommendation For Windows 10

I need a suggestion for a security program that will work with Windows 10 Defender. Thanks, Ed

Thanks for the suggestions. We tried Malwarebytes, actually I have a Premium Liscense, but it seems like it wants to take over and replace Defender. We installed it, and then we went to the security page in Windows, Malwarebytes was there, and it looked like Defender was either on the back burner somewhere or shut off. Is there a way to just install Malwarebytes and keep it separate for an occasional scan? .....or do you suggest just installing it and letting it take the place of Defender? I like HitmanPro, and use it on one of our computers.

 

you can if you run version 2.2 https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/malwarebytes_anti_malware_2.html. but only problem you going to have is the nag of popup asking you to upgrade to version 3.

 

The free version of Malwarebytes doesn't have real time scanning and won't conflict with Windows Defender.
