Need Sharp Printer Driver For Windows 7

Apparently there are only drivers for 95/98/ME/XP/NT 4.0/2000

If Sharp doesn't supply drivers you might be out of luck using that all-in-one with Windows 7.

The closest I could get to Sharp is this

Lots of 3rd party sites list drivers but I never download drivers from unknown sites.

Try installing the XP driver you may have but right click the setup file and choose Run as Administrator as the possibility that the install cannot find setup.dll is that its in a temp folder that Windows 7 is not giving the access to the old installer too. can also righ click the printer setup (installer) file and choose Properties and Compatibility and choose XP SP3 and also Run as Administrator and see if that works.

If also in the case of many Sharp printer drivers I have seen they are or where originally in ZIP or on CD, then if CD copy them all to a folder on your desktop, if already uncompressed you can also try this from Add Hardware in Control Panel, and click Add Hardware then click NEXT and it may scan for a while, thats no issue, just wait, then click Yes I have already connected the hardware then click Next > look down the list for the hardware name, if not found highlight "add new hardware device" and click Next > Install hardware manually from a list and click Next then click Sharp and then Have Disk and browse to the unzipped files you downloaded earlier and then click next and the driver may install.
