Need some help deciding which laptop is better to buy please

ok, I bought the 14.1" last week but havent opened it because figured there'd be something better or comparable within the 2 weeks I have to return it and think I've found a lil better one, but would like some more opinions on it because I'm not that knowledgable about them as I could be. Please follow the links and lmk what your opinion is.

both are acer, one is 14.1" & the other is 15.6"

what i would decide of course would be price then in addition processing power (i.e. dual processing, speed etc), ram quantity, video type needed, hard drive size, wireless if needed, usb, firewire, cd/dv rom burning capable, and type of OS (XP for example). Hope this helps.

 

Thanks, I've already done that, was more trying to find out everyones opinion like intel vs amd processors on these, but since the one is bigger screen & HDD, and also 399 without the rebate, gonna go with that one.
