Need some help here

I would really like to know what peeps do on my pc when I'm gone, so I think the best way to find out is to install some kind of activity logger. but wich one should I choose?

I would like one wich logs all the keystrokes, wich almost all do I think, it should NOT be shown in the systray or ctrl-alt-del menu thingie and if possible maybe make screenshots after an amount of time I can define and would be great if it is free.

I've seen a coupla of them @ the covert ops tab at the main page but I have no idea wich one to choose?

you might want to consider a hardware key logger. This plugs in between the keyboard and the mainboard and looks like a small extension. Unless someone looks at the back of the PC then they will not know or be able to turn it off.

Try Spector Professional - I downloaded it, and it's worth every penny. (About $80 or $90 I think - can't remember for certain.) It records every keystroke, provides snapshots of websites visited, and is only accessible by keyboard code and password. I can't find it on my system when I search for it, so I know that no-one else will find it either.

 

sounds nice but, I would rather have something thats free. I tried a coupla progs at the "covert ops" section but all of the ones that would do nicely are trial version stuff with a max of 100 words logged and blurred snapshots and so on.

Snapshots would be cool but a freeware basic keystroke logger program that's hard to detect would do fine. I can't seem to find one tough :-/
