Need Some Help!

Ok so I just got a new drive for my computer. The other drive I am going to give to a freind. I wanted to know I want to Wipe my drive perminitly Destroy everthing etc. I aslo need some help installing Windows on my new drive

firstly,formating will do the job for "Wipe my drive perminitly Destroy everthing".
secondly,if you have the CD,follow the wizard,and Windows will do the rest.But if you need help follow this:http://www.blackviper.com/Articles/OS/InstallXPPro/installxppro1.htm
