Need some help.

Hi all. Been a while since i have been posting here, so hows it?



My uncle has an old coin or medal with German text engraved on it. The text could be "Treue dientle inder wehrhm acth" but i have no ability to translate that myself. Can anyone help me figure out what this means. I think the first word means Loyalty, although i could be wrong.
The picture has a eagle on a swasticka with the wings are out but not like he is going to fly. The other side has the number 4 on it.

It is a Long Service Award Class IV of the Wehrmacht (Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung)
