Need some knowledge on wireless usb ports

Hello..

I have a question about USB port wireless broadbands
are they reliable .. like using US Cellular where you plug in a USB wireless from them .. ..I know I am not typing this out right ... I am hoping you understand thou.
Will I be able to use my laptop which is a Toshiba Vista and pick up in most place that my Cell phone reaches?"
Does anyone have exprerience with this type of wireless for there laptops?

If the celliar service provides Internet through through Phone it should work.

Call you Cell service provider and check with them.
