Need some quick help!

My sister, being stupid like she always is, did a user passwords2 on Safe Mode and did something so there'd be an autologon and it always went automatically logged on for Guest. She did this to remove the admin password, but it did something different =/

However, I did manage to log on to other accounts by logging out and pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL twice and logging on to another account.

Problem is the accounts are all limited. And even the safe mode has limited features instead of admin like it usually did.

There is one admin password, but I don't know what the password is. And I can only log on to limited accounts.

I want to do a system restore to reverse all this, but what can I do?

 

Oh, I forgot to add I don't have the Windows XP CD to boot from...
