Need Some "User Account" Edu'Macation ...

When I am accessing the internet, from my "Limited" User Account, is it "Safe" to have the Admin "Logged-on" at the same time (as would be shown on the Welcome Screen), or would this constitute an UNSAFE practice? In other words, should the Admin be completely logged-off, ANYTIME the PC is online? And if so, is the only/BEST method of "disconnecting" or blocking the internet (other than manually ... physically, of course) by means of blocking access within (by means of) my Firewall, whilst I am working in the Admin account?

Secondly, when I am installing a program in Admin, and get the standard recommendation to 'close all other apps', would this include the "Limited" UA? In other words: should I be completely logged-off (logged-out) of the Limited UA to install (more cleanly) in Admin?

I would think it to be perfectly fine to have programs in the admin account running and for the limited account to actually be in use at the same time....but do see what others say. Like I could be logged in as admin.....then I could "switch users" and let a person with a limited account on to log in as well and there isn't anything wrong with this....

Unsure.....I should think it wouldn't mean you have to log off all other accounts....but to just make sure everything else ie: browsers...music.....email...IM is shut down before you install a program.

But again...see what others say
