Need Start Menu View Help

I've changed something in my Start Menu where my Control Panel icon no longer opens as a separate folder view but instead gives me a list of programs in the Control Panel. I'd like to change it back. Any ideas where to look? Thanks.

 

right click on the taskbar
select - properties
select the start menu tab
select - customise
deselect - expand control panel
