need surfsidekick2 removed

I cannot remove a spyware called surfsidekick2,i have used webroot and spybot,i check it off to be removed and when i push next it says skip step 2 and will not let me remove it .it has a window that pops up and says surfsidekick2 is in my memory.

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined.
