Need to create bootable USB for XP on HP Mini

I have an HP Mini computer running Windows XP with no CD drive. I recently had some trojan problems and ran a lot of software found on this site. One of them created a flash screen of the Windows Safe Mode booting process. After resolving my trojan problem, I removed all the detecting software. My computer will now only boot to this screen continuously. I need to get it to boot to a USB drive and then fix the booting error.

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you falconattack. I was able to use WinToFlash and create a bootable XP USB. Now the MiniHP boots up!

Next can you tell me how to edit the Windows boot files? It's been a while since I've edited anything. I suspect that a program called ComboFix left something in my system that I can not delete and it is also in the boot files somewhere.

    Thanks again.
